User accounts

You are responsible for the information you submit, keeping your account secure, and using FunnelFox lawfully.

Creator storefronts

FunnelFox lets creators organize product and affiliate links into public storefront-style pages. You are responsible for your storefront content, links, claims, and disclosures.

External links

Product clicks may redirect visitors to external affiliate, marketplace, TikTok Shop, Amazon, brand, or product websites. FunnelFox is not responsible for external site availability, fulfillment, refunds, or policies.

No guarantee of earnings

FunnelFox can help organize links and track product clicks, but we do not guarantee followers, clicks, sales, commissions, revenue, or business outcomes.

Purchases happen externally

FunnelFox does not currently process purchases for creator products. Purchases and affiliate transactions happen on external product or affiliate sites.

Subscriptions

FunnelFox subscription billing is handled through Stripe. Subscription terms, prices, and plan access may change as the MVP evolves.

Disclosures

If you receive free access, payment, affiliate commissions, or other benefits for promoting FunnelFox or products, you may need to disclose that relationship clearly in your content.

MVP status

These are practical MVP terms and should be replaced with attorney-reviewed terms before broad public launch.
